Let's talk about some rules:
1. No illegal stuff like child porn, bestiality, rape, extreme torture, incest.
2. You must own the right to show the content.
3. Thumbs lead directly to an image, not a .html file.
4. No pop ups, consoles, forced redirections, javascript stuff.
5. Free hosts are allowed, unless bannerless. They steal traffic.
6. No links saying: "Enter", "Next gallery", "Next page", "Back", "Gallery two" etc.
7. At least 15 images.
8. Don't post more than 6-7 galleries a day.
9. A link back is required
10. Choose the proper category for your gallery.

Follow the rules and you are going to get listed. Break the rules and your domain is going to my blacklist.
